The Service aggregates publicly available odds data from multiple sportsbooks and presents them alongside mathematically derived fair-value estimates.

Parlay Probability is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not facilitate the placement of bets. We are a data analytics platform only.

Odds data is sourced from third-party providers and is presented under license or fair-use principles. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any odds data, probability calculations, or analytical outputs.
• De-vigged probabilities and fair-value estimates are mathematical derivations, not predictions of outcomes. They should not be construed as betting advice.

• The Service may experience downtime, interruptions, or errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT PARLAY PROBABILITY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES YOU MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF SPORTS BETTING ACTIVITIES, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH ACTIVITIES WERE INFORMED BY DATA OBTAINED FROM THIS SERVICE.
